(Dr.) PV Joseph, SDB, the Director of Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures (DBCIC) has been conferred the honorary “Sanskriti Emeritus Fellow Lifetime Achievement Award 2014” for his outstanding contributions for the promotion of cultures by the North Eastern Institute of Cultural Research (NEICR) in Guwahati on November 16.
